Remember Executive Order (EO) 13295 that Bush signed in 2003 saying Federal Law is greater than all when is comes to “mandatory quarantine”? Well, he amended that EO to include “novel influenza that can cause a pandemic“.

Chance of this happening / martial law due to “flu pandemic”? Probably really low on a national scale. Now on a local scale in “tester” cities… well… people… get your stuff in order now. The warnings don’t get any louder than this.

ALWAYS ASKING QUESTIONS. ALWAYS IN THE MASTER POSITION (NOT SLAVE). CIVIL SERVANTS WORK FOR YOU!

‘P’ = Police Officer
‘U’ = You!

P: Would you mind if we ask you some questions?
U: Activate voice recorder on cell phone in plain view
U: Hello officer. I recognize your contact. What is the nature of the intended detention?

Case 1:
P: You cannot record this conversation.
U: In that case, am I free to go?

Case 1a:
P: Yes – you’re free to go.
U: Thank you for your time. Goodbye.

Case 1b:
P: No.
U: What is the nature of the intended detention?
P: Refuses to tell nature…
U: Did you witness me breach the peace?

Case 1bi:
P: No.
U: In that case, I am exercising my right to not speak to a peace officer who has not witnessed me breach the peace.
U: Thank you – good day. Walk away.

Case 2:
P: May I see some identification? or What is your name?
U: Am I obliged to carry identification / give you my name?
** Answer is ‘no’ ** If officer says yes, then acting fraudulently / not as a lawful peace officer
U: Am I free to go?
P: Continues to detain.
U: Am I under arrest?
P: …
U: Am I free to go? Am I under arrest? THAT’S ALL YOU ASK.
P: Gives sense that you will be arrested.
U: Officer, I am peaceful man. If you are going to arrest me, there will be no need for force or violence. However, you are obliged to note that I am operating under protest and duress at all times. I reserve all of my rights at all times and wave none of my rights at any time for any cause or reason.

Case 3:
P: Takes you to station.
U: SHUT UP. NO MATTER WHAT – KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. Take a nap!
U: Do not give permission to take fingerprints. Do not give consent to ask you any further questions. Do not give consent to put hands on you in any way. Do not have consent to take DNA / blood / urine.

Remember: Statutory Law: Statute: A legislative rule of society given the force of law by CONSENT of the governed. (not majority of governed… governed… YOU!)
